What this checks. Aligns every heading/paragraph/list-item/table in the original Word document against the published HTML and flags anything that doesn't match — including a dedicated zero-tolerance check on every figure (currency, percentages, dates, numbers): a figure present on one side and not the other is always a hard fail, regardless of how similar the surrounding text is. Upload the source .docx and the published/staged HTML (save-as from the live page — no live fetch needed, so this works entirely offline).
